Dr. Manisha Oraon, President (Founder)

Dr Manisha is a Dental Surgeon graduated from S.R.M University (Chennai). Dentist by profession, a traveller and adventure enthusiast, by passion. Spending her time travelling across the hinterland, volunteering in Himalayas, Western ghats and in parts of Rural India, while still having a day Job. Wanting to work for the community, she went beyond her comfort zone to the remote regions of India while making the use of the art of dentistry. Now, giving it structure to combine her passion, profession and the need of satisfaction to community service, she formed “Paroksha Foundation” She has an experience of working at the grass root level and pioneering mobile dentistry into rural India by spreading healthcare awareness, cancer detection and performing 150+ dental check-ups in one day.
